The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and has a private entrance leading to two double bedrooms,
both with flat screen TVs and choice of DVDs. The kitchenette has 'fridge, microwave, toaster and basic
cooking facilities. There is also a full size bathroom with bath and shower. Linen, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are supplied at no extra cost. There are no stairs and the apartment is totally separate from the hosts' living area. A lounge seating area with comfy armchairs looks out onto the sheltered front patio and flower filled gardens.
Our advertised cost is for 1 or 2 two people and includes the use of both bedrooms. A modest extra charge is made if the two double bedrooms are used for 3 or 4 people in one group. Because of the shared facilities the rooms are never let to separate groups. We are unable to cater for children under 10 years of age.
Complimentary coffees, chocolate drink, and an assortment of teas are supplied on a daily basis and laundry and ironing facilities are available on request at no extra cost.
We are DOG FRIENDLY and your dog is allowed in the apartment with you. The accommodation is non smoking with plenty of outdoor space.
Cyclists and walkers will love the beachside cycle path which runs close by and all the way to Dunsborough.
If our guests prefer not to go out in the evening they can use their kitchenette facilities or take advantage of the various home delivery services in the area.
For outings further afield we supply free use of picnic chairs, sun umbrella, cool box with an ice pack and a thermos flask.
